Outreach for Social Justice Committee is continuing our fundraising
and social
awareness campaign around Fair Trade Coffee, Tea and Chocolate!
Why
should you purchase Fair Trade coffee, tea and chocolate?
Fair
trade products guarantee farmers a fair price for the goods they
produce, and pays a decent, living wage for their harvest. Fair trade
wages give farmers the opportunity to feed, clothe and shelter their
families, and send their children to school.
Our
current stock of flavoured coffees are on sale for $7! Dark and Medium
roast or bean coffee...$9 each. Many different types of delicious teas
are $7, and Camino Cranberry Almond Dark Chocolate bars are $3 each.
The sale of these
Fair Trade products benefits the Mission & Service Fund and
Westminster’s Operating Budget.
